Orders & Subscription

How do I switch packages?

To change your package, you’ll have to cancel you subscription and re-subscribe to your preferred package!

When should I place my order?

All orders must be placed by Friday for the following week. Menu is posted and orders open each Monday night. Orders close Friday at 10pmPST

Do you do modifications?

We currently accept minor modifications, for example removing an item from a dish. Major dietary restrictions can not be accommodated at this time!

How big is each container?

We send your meals in 35oz containers

Our Food

Do you use organic produce?

We try to source as much organic produce as possible, but in order to remain accessible, it is not 100% organic

Is your food dairy or gluten free?

Not all of our meals are dairy or gluten free, but we make sure to have options every week!

What type of oil do you use?

We do NOT use any seed oils and only cook with extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil

Delivery

How do the delivery process work?

We personally deliver every Monday from 9am—7:0pm across Metro Vancouver. The delivery fee is $8. Our delivery is no-contact.

Meals are delivered to your front door or left at your apartment building lobby desk and meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs.

We ask for your email and phone number at checkout should you need to be contacted about delivery.

Is pickup available?

We do not offer pickup at the moment, but are looking to add this option in the future.
