On August 1st, step into the heat of the night with Soi Supper by Food Filosophy x Tipu's Tiger— an intimate Thai-inspired dinner party celebrating the bold flavors of the street, reimagined for the table. Set outdoors under summer breeze, this 5-course feast brings the energy of Thailand's sois (side streets) to a hidden corner of Vancouver.
Each course is paired with a handcrafted cocktail thoughtfully created by our friends at Tipu's Tiger, designed to complement the layers of depth in every dish. Expect unexpected twists, vibrant conversation, and a few surprises along the way.
