Meal prep: our process

Connect
Before planning your menu, we’ll get to know you and your dietary preferences, dislikes and sensitivities.

Plan
We will carefully plan your weekly menu and send it to you for approval 3 days or more before your session. Once approved, we take care of everything including the grocery shopping.

We will cook and create your delicious and nourishing weekly meals
